Account & Registration

Creating an account is simple. Click the Register link at the top of any page, fill in your details — mobile number, preferred username, and a secure password — and complete the short sign-up process. Registration is free and takes under two minutes. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on N999 Game.

If you have forgotten your password, go to the Login page and use the password recovery option. You will need access to the mobile number linked to your account. Once verified, you can set a new password. If you face any issue during recovery, contact our support team via email and we will help you get back in securely.

No. Each player is allowed only one account on N999 Game. Creating multiple accounts is against our Terms and Conditions and may result in all linked accounts being suspended. If you have accidentally created a duplicate, contact support right away so the situation can be resolved without affecting your existing balance or bonuses.

After logging in, navigate to your account settings where you can update certain details. For changes to core information such as your registered mobile number, identity verification may be required for your own security. Contact our support team if you need assistance with sensitive account changes.

Deposits & Payments

N999 Game supports the most popular payment methods used in Pakistan. You can deposit using JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfers, debit and credit cards, and various mobile wallets. All transactions are conducted in PKR, so there are no currency conversion surprises.

JazzCash, Easypaisa, and Raast deposits are typically reflected in your N999 account almost immediately. Bank transfers may take a little longer depending on your bank's processing times. If your deposit has not appeared after a reasonable wait, check your transaction history and then contact support with your payment reference number.

Yes, minimum deposit amounts apply and may vary depending on the payment method you use. The limits are designed to be accessible for all types of players. After logging in, the deposit section of your account will show the current minimum for each available method in PKR.

Withdrawals

Log in to your account and head to the Withdrawal section. Select your preferred method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, or bank transfer — enter the amount in PKR, and submit your request. Make sure the withdrawal account details match the information registered on your N999 profile to avoid delays.

Most withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within a few hours. JazzCash and Easypaisa transfers tend to be the fastest. Bank transfers may take one to two business days depending on your bank. You can track the status of your withdrawal request directly from your account dashboard at any time.

Withdrawals can be declined for several reasons: unmet bonus wagering requirements, mismatched account details, pending identity verification, or a withdrawal amount below the minimum threshold. Check your account notifications for the specific reason. If the issue is not clear, contact our support team with your withdrawal reference and they will look into it for you.

Sports Betting & Cricket

N999 covers a wide range of cricket betting markets including Pakistan Super League (PSL), international T20s, ODIs, and Test matches. You can bet on match winners, top batsmen, top bowlers, total runs in an over, powerplay scores, and live in-play markets that update in real time as the match progresses. All odds and stakes are in PKR.

Yes. While cricket is the primary focus for Pakistan players, the Betting section also covers popular football leagues and major esports tournaments. Available markets may vary based on the current schedule, so check the betting lobby after logging in to see what is live and upcoming.

If a match is abandoned, cancelled, or affected by bad weather before a result is determined, bets are generally voided and your stake is returned to your account balance. Specific rules may apply depending on the market type. Always review the betting rules in your account for full details on void and cancellation policies.

Casino & Games

The Casino section offers live dealer games including baccarat, roulette, and blackjack with high-definition streams. There is also an extensive slots library covering classic reels, video slots with bonus rounds, and jackpot slots with growing PKR prize pools. Fish shooting games and bingo rooms are also available under the same account.

Fish shooting games are arcade-style games where you aim and shoot at fish moving across the screen. Each fish has a different points value, and your PKR winnings are based on how many fish you successfully catch. Different rooms have different stake levels, so you can choose a table that suits your budget. Visit the Fish Games section to see what rooms are currently open.

No download is required. N999 Game runs directly in your mobile or desktop browser. The platform is optimised for mobile use so the live casino streams, slots, and fish games all load and play smoothly on Android and iOS devices without needing a separate app.

Bonuses & Promotions

New players can take advantage of welcome bonuses available upon first deposit. The exact offers are updated regularly, so visit the Promotions page after registering to see what is currently active. Special PSL season bonuses and event-based promotions are also added throughout the year.

Wagering requirements mean you need to place a certain amount of bets before bonus winnings can be withdrawn as real PKR. For example, if a bonus has a 10x wagering requirement and you received PKR 500 in bonus funds, you would need to wager PKR 5,000 total before that amount becomes withdrawable. Always read the terms attached to each promotion on the Promotions page.

It depends on the specific promotion. Some bonuses are valid across all sections including cricket betting, casino, and fish games, while others may be restricted to particular game types. The eligible game categories are always stated clearly in each promotion's terms. Check the Promotions page for the latest active offers and their conditions.

Responsible Gaming

N999 Game is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement. We encourage all players to treat gaming as a form of entertainment and to keep it within their personal means and time limits.

We recommend setting a personal PKR budget before each session and sticking to it. Keep track of how much time you spend playing and take regular breaks. If you feel gaming is taking up more time or money than intended, step back, talk to someone you trust, and review the guidance on our Responsible Gaming page for practical self-management tips.

Yes. If you need a break from gaming, contact our support team and request a temporary account pause or permanent closure. Your request will be handled with care and without unnecessary delays. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal in line with our standard procedures.
